A riverside garden for Ruby Wax

This garden was designed for the home of Ruby Wax. The garden presented quite a challenge as builders were working on the house during the construction of the garden. This meant we had to move around a lot not being able to complete the project in one go.

Different areas were created. A new drive to the front allowed new beds to be created and a formal entrance. To the rear a new terrace was built and dry stone walls constructed round newly designed flower beds. There was also new turf added and hand made bespoke pots were designed as added features round the house.

Along the river, moisture loving plants hugged the banks. The overall effect was a garden that matured quickly and was fitting to it’s location. And the client was very happy too!
